Wellman Halloween Carnival

The Wellman Scofield Public Library is hosting a Halloween Carnival at the Wellman Parkside Y Saturday, October 30th from 5:30-8:30p.m. For a freewill donation, participants can take part in games, prizes, an escape room, virtual reality obstacle course and more.
