The City of Wellman will have yard waste pickup through the rest of the spring season. Residents must call City Hall at 319-646-2154 before 8a.m. Mondays to be put on the list for that week. Bags and piles of branches must be sitting on the curb by 8a.m. Mondays. Free yard waste bags are available at City Hall.
