The City of Wellman and the Wellman Community Club are sponsoring a Trunk or Treat Event, Halloween night from 6-8p.m. In downtown Wellman. They will serve free pork burgers, popcorn and water in the Bidwell-Slockett Mini Park. You can reserve a trunk spot by calling 319-646-2154.
